Fees and package choices for visa consultancy
For applicants who would like to handle their visa application with more control, we also provide consultancy packages, which are optional. The service is not a substitute for the official system; what it offers is support with preparing, checking and tracking the application and with planning the trip.
To be clear: Visa consultancy is not a requirement. Applicants are free to complete their application on their own, directly through the official system.
The price you see on each consultancy package is the service fee charged by Mark Turizm. Where they apply, the official visa fee and any bank or virtual POS commission appear as separate items.
Consultancy packages on offer
Each package differs from the others in how deeply the application is checked, what priority the service receives, how much tracking is covered, the level of detail in the personalised Türkiye plan and the time needed to prepare that plan. A preliminary check of the application photo, and of supporting documents where these are required, comes with every package.
Checks on information, photo and documents
Checking the passport, personal details, dates and travel document for inconsistencies; and checking in advance that the photo to be uploaded with the application and, where required, the supporting documents are properly formatted, legible and consistent with the application information.

Guidance on following the status of the application, downloading the visa document and passing it on to the applicant.

The package fee does not equal the total amount you pay. In the consultancy packages, the principal item is Mark Turizm’s service fee. Any official visa fee and any commission tied to the payment infrastructure are shown as separate items, where applicable.
The suggestions we give on restaurants, events, concerts, theatres, museums, transport or third-party services are for your information and guidance. None of the following is guaranteed: tickets, reservations, availability or the outcome of third-party services.
The items that make up a visa consultancy payment
Before you go on to the payment step, it should be clear to you which item you are paying for. The total may be made up of the items listed below.
Charge for the consultancy service
For the Standard, Fast and Express packages, the principal item is the optional consultancy service fee charged by Mark Turizm.
Official visa fee (where one applies)
If the competent authorities have determined an official visa fee for the application concerned, that amount is displayed apart from the consultancy fee.
Virtual POS / bank commission
When you pay by card, a commission of roughly 5% may be incurred, depending on which bank and payment infrastructure are used. You can see the precise rate at the payment step.
Your total payment
The total is made up of the consultancy service fee, plus the official visa fee and any payment commission where these apply.
Limits of the service and points to note
To be clear: Consultancy helps the application run in a more organised way, but it is no guarantee of visa approval, of the right to enter Türkiye or of how any third-party service turns out.
- Mark Turizm gives no guarantee that a visa will be approved.
- Mark Turizm gives no guarantee of entry into Türkiye.
- Neither the Fast nor the Express package speeds up the decision period of the official authorities.
- The consultancy service does not take the place of the official system.
- The consultancy packages affect nothing other than Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, the range of checks carried out and the level of detail in the Türkiye plan that is prepared.
- Any recommendation about restaurants, events, concerts, theatres, museums, transport or similar third-party services is given only as information; no guarantee is made as to tickets, reservations, availability, prices or the outcome of those services.

This section covers the questions most commonly raised about visa consultancy fees and the way the packages are put together.
Am I required to use the consultancy service?
No. It is your choice whether to use consultancy. Applicants are free to submit their application themselves, directly through the official system.
Is the official visa fee part of what I pay for the package?
No. Where an official visa fee exists, it is displayed separately from what the consultancy package costs. The total payment is the sum of these items plus any payment commission.
Does choosing Fast or Express make the official result come sooner?
No. These packages affect only Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, the depth of checking and the level of support. They do not make the official decision process any quicker.
What is meant by phone or WhatsApp support guidance?
It means that Mark Turizm provides communication and guidance support on a higher-priority basis. It does not give rise to any guarantee about how the official authorities make their decision or what they decide.
Are the restaurants or events suggested in my Türkiye plan guaranteed?
No. Where the Türkiye plan suggests restaurants, events, concerts, theatre, museums, transport and similar third-party services, it does so for information and guidance. No guarantee applies to tickets, reservations, availability, prices or the outcome of third-party services.
