Where the Applicant carries out a transaction on the website, submits a form, makes a payment or ticks the relevant consent boxes, they are deemed to have accepted those provisions of this agreement that are shown to them and that apply to the service they have chosen.

Article 3 | Description of the Türkiye Visa Consultancy Service

The Türkiye visa consultancy service is optional support that is made available only on separate request to nationals of countries eligible for this visa and to people whose travel documents are eligible.

An Applicant who is eligible for a visa may submit an application directly via the official government portal.

Mark Turizm’s service is support supplied at the Applicant’s request; it does not take the place of the official portal.

A person’s eligibility for a visa turns on their country, the kind of travel document they hold, why they are travelling and the conditions set out in the official system. Mark Turizm’s preliminary check is not a substitute for the official decision on eligibility or for the outcome of the application.

The visa consultancy service governed by this agreement does not cover procedures concerning work, education, medical treatment, research, long-term residence or consular visas.

Article 4 | Extent of the Türkiye Visa Consultancy Service

Based on the package selected and the Applicant’s needs, the consultancy and application support service of Mark Turizm may extend to the following procedures:

  • A preliminary check of eligibility for the visa and of the conditions for applying,
  • Preparing the information for the application,
  • A preliminary check of whether the passport, the travel date and the personal information are compatible,
  • Review of the consistency of the information and of additional conditions,
  • Support with submission to the official system, using the information the Applicant has supplied,
  • Monitoring the status of the application,
  • Should the visa document be approved, guidance through the download and delivery stage,
  • Preparing a personalized Türkiye plan in line with the package selected.

Visas are not issued by Mark Turizm. The visa is a travel document, and it is issued by the competent Turkish authorities in accordance with the rules of the official system.

Article 5 | Türkiye Visa Consultancy Package Options

The Applicant is free to choose any one of the consultancy packages listed on the website.

Packages may vary in the scope of the application review, the priority the service receives within Mark Turizm, the level of support, the scope of tracking, how detailed the personalized Türkiye plan is and the time required for preparation.

Where a package carries a name such as Fast or Express, that name indicates only Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, the speed of support responses, the review scope and how long the personalized Türkiye plan takes to prepare.

Choosing a package does not speed up the time the official authorities take to reach a decision; it guarantees neither approval of the visa nor entry into Türkiye.

The delivery times stated for a package start to run once the Applicant has completed the required information and made the payment. Delivery times may be affected by missing information or documents, by time spent waiting for the Applicant to respond, by official holidays, by technical problems or by force majeure.

Article 6 | Payment Terms for the Türkiye Visa Consultancy Service

The payment items applying to the consultancy service are shown on the application screen and on the payment screen.

The service fee for the chosen consultancy package, the official visa fee (where applicable) and bank, card, virtual POS or payment infrastructure transaction costs (where applicable) may together make up the total amount.

Before confirming the payment, it is the Applicant’s responsibility to check the items and the total amount shown on the payment screen.

Where an official visa fee applies, it is not part of the amount charged for the consultancy service. Amounts that appear as separate items on the payment screen are collected with the Applicant’s approval.

Article 7 | How the Türkiye Visa Consultancy Application Proceeds

The stages of the application process may typically be as follows:

  • The application form is completed by the Applicant,
  • The information and documents needed are provided via the website,

  • The Applicant is contacted where information is found to be missing, incorrect or inconsistent,
  • According to the service chosen, the application is prepared or completed, or support is given for its submission to the official system,
  • The status of the application is monitored,
  • Guidance is given to the Applicant while the result or the document is being delivered.

How the application proceeds may differ according to the Applicant’s nationality, the type of travel document, the rules of the official system, additional conditions, how quickly information or documents are supplied and how technical systems are functioning.

Article 8 | Responsibilities of the Applicant

The Applicant hereby accepts that:

  • All of the information given in the application form is correct, complete, current and consistent with the passport or travel document,
  • They are required to check with care their first name, surname, date of birth, passport number, the date until which the passport is valid, travel date, email address and telephone details,

  • Additional conditions, documents, verification or explanations may be requested by the official system or the official authorities,
  • Mark Turizm gives no guarantee as to the outcome of the application.

Article 9 | Role of the Official System and Exclusion of Guarantees

The evaluation, approval or refusal of a visa application, as well as its validity period, number of entries, length of stay and additional conditions, are matters subject to assessment by the relevant official systems and competent authorities.

Mark Turizm has no power to decide on visa approval. Nor does Mark Turizm guarantee that an application will be approved or concluded within a particular time, that it will be issued with a particular validity period, or that it will confer a right to enter Türkiye.

Having obtained a visa does not mean that a person will definitely be allowed to enter Türkiye. At the border, authorized officers may carry out the final assessment at the point of entry into Türkiye.

Article 10 | Terms of the Personalized Türkiye Plan

Provided as part of the consultancy package selected, the personalized Türkiye plan is a service that gives information and helps with travel preparation.

Among the things the plan may contain are routes, transport, restaurants, cafés, shopping districts, events, concerts, theatre, museums, cultural routes, a daily program, a checklist for the day of return or practical notes for travelling.

The suggestions in the personalized Türkiye plan are given to inform and guide. No guarantee is given by Mark Turizm regarding tickets, reservations, availability, prices, transport times, whether events take place, or the quality or results of third-party services.

Where a package offers phone or WhatsApp support guidance, this means communication and guidance support falling within the scope of Mark Turizm’s own services. Such support is not a substitute for emergency health, security, legal, official authority or third-party services.

Article 11 | Rules on Cancellation and Refunds for Türkiye Visa Consultancy

In assessing a request to cancel or for a refund, account is taken of how far the service has progressed, whether the application has been filed with the official system, whether the official visa fee has been paid, whether the personalized Türkiye plan has been prepared, and the rules of the payment infrastructure.

  • Where cancellation is requested before the consultancy service begins, the Mark Turizm service fee that has been collected may be refunded.
  • Where the preliminary check, the review of information, the eligibility assessment, the preparation of the application, the support process or the preparation of the personalized Türkiye plan has begun, the Mark Turizm service fee may, in whole or in part, be non-refundable according to the scope of the service provided.
  • Where the application has been filed with the official visa system or the official visa fee has been paid into the official system, whether the official visa fee can be refunded is governed by the official system’s rules.
  • The fact that the official authorities refuse the application does not, on its own, mean that the Mark Turizm service fee is refunded automatically.
  • In the event of an obvious processing error attributable to Mark Turizm, a duplicate payment or a technical error in collection, the necessary review is carried out and a suitable refund or correction is made.
  • Consequences resulting from information that is incorrect, missing, erroneous or inconsistent with the passport are the Applicant’s responsibility.
  • Where the personalized Türkiye plan has been prepared or delivered, the amount for that service may be treated as not refundable.
  • Whether transaction costs deducted by banks, card schemes, virtual POS or payment infrastructure providers are refunded may depend on the rules of the payment provider concerned.

To request a cancellation or refund, the Applicant must get in touch with Mark Turizm. Every request is assessed in the light of the transaction records, the payment records, the stage the application has reached and the scope of the service provided.

Should the Applicant start a payment objection, reversal or chargeback, Mark Turizm may provide the bank, payment institution or card scheme concerned with transaction records, service records, application records, invoice details, communication records and other lawful records.

Where it is established that the Applicant received the service and yet used the payment objection or chargeback mechanism in bad faith, so as to cause Mark Turizm a loss, secure an unjust benefit or get back the service fee even though the service was received, Mark Turizm may lodge a criminal complaint against the person concerned, take legal action and claim compensation for the damage it has suffered.

Article 12 | Securing Payments and Preventing Misuse

In order to keep payments secure, stop fake or repeated transactions, check that transactions are consistent, identify technical errors, prevent misuse and run the application process securely, Mark Turizm may perform technical and administrative checks.

As part of these checks, a review may be made of the payment status, the time of the transaction, the IP address, device and browser details, the email address, phone details, application details, the limited transaction information that the payment provider supplies and the application history.

The Applicant may, where needed, be asked for additional information, documents or verification. Should the Applicant fail to provide the verification required, the application may be cancelled before it is processed or sent to the official system, or the service may be put on hold on grounds of transaction security.

Article 13 | Processing of Personal Data

Personal data belonging to the Applicant may be processed for the following purposes: running the application process, checking information and documents, handling payment and invoicing procedures, tracking the application, communication, security, preventing misuse, sharing that is necessary with official authorities or official systems, and fulfilling legal obligations.

The Privacy Policy page sets out in detail the way personal data is processed. The Applicant accepts an obligation to read the Privacy Policy prior to using the service.

The Applicant accepts that, for the selected service to be carried out, application information and the documents required may be transferred to the relevant official systems, competent official authorities, payment providers and technical service providers needed in order to provide the service.

Article 14 | Contact and Monitoring of the Application

Mark Turizm may notify the Applicant of matters relating to the application process using the email address, phone number, SMS, application tracking page or other communication channels that the Applicant has provided.

Keeping their contact details correct and reachable is the Applicant’s responsibility. Mark Turizm bears no responsibility for delays that may result from wrong contact details such as the email address or phone number, from emails being caught by spam filters or from the Applicant not keeping track of notifications.

It falls to the Applicant to check the status of the application regularly using the tracking screen on the website.

Article 15 | Limitation of Mark Turizm’s Liability

Where the Applicant submits information or documents that are incorrect, incomplete, out of date, misleading or inconsistent with the passport, Mark Turizm bears no responsibility for the resulting consequences.

Mark Turizm likewise bears no responsibility for decisions taken by the competent authorities, outages in official systems, changes to official requirements or practice, assessments made by border officers, delays in payment infrastructure, the Applicant responding late or disruption caused by third-party service providers.

To the extent that applicable law permits, Mark Turizm’s liability extends only to direct damages resulting from its own fault. This scope does not cover official fees, bank commissions, third-party fees, travel costs, flight tickets, hotels, reservations, transport, loss of business, loss of income or similar indirect damages.

Article 16 | Updates to the Agreement

This Service Agreement may be updated by Mark Turizm occasionally. An updated version takes effect from the date of its publication on the website.

A transaction is governed by the version of the agreement that appears on the website on the date on which the Applicant gives approval for the payment or the application. Unless it is expressly stated otherwise, amendments to the agreement have no retroactive effect on earlier transactions.

Article 17 | Applicable Law and Settlement of Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye govern the interpretation of this agreement. The mandatory rights that the Applicant derives from applicable legislation are preserved.

Should a dispute arise, the recommended first step is to look for a solution via the Mark Turizm support channels. Each party retains its rights to pursue legal remedies.
