An Introduction to Our Company

Our company, Mark Turizm İnşaat Gıda Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi, was founded in 2017. Its work is aimed at making visa processes clearer, more organized and easier to track for foreign nationals who want to travel to Türkiye. Mark Turizm conducts its activities as part of international service exports.

Applying for a visa frequently involves more than just filling in a form. How the process turns out may be directly influenced by the applicant’s nationality, the type of passport, the purpose of travel, the length of stay, the date of entry, supporting documents and payment requirements. Different conditions may apply even to citizens of one and the same country, depending on their passport type, the status of their documents or their reason for traveling.

That is why our platforms concentrate on gathering application information in an organized way, making it easier for users to follow the steps required and lowering the risk of obvious mistakes, missing information or inconsistencies. Central to this approach are multilingual application forms, a secure payment infrastructure, an application tracking system and travel planning support given in line with the service scope selected.

Our Purpose

We set out to offer applicants a digital application experience marked by simplicity, reliability and professionalism. One of our fundamental principles is that users should be able to see clearly what service they are getting, what information they are sharing, which fee items they are paying and what stage their application has reached.

Applicants’ needs differ from one person to another. While some users simply want their visa application prepared properly, others need their documents reviewed, and still others may wish for more help in planning their trip. For that reason, we tailor our services to the type of application, the purpose of travel and the service scope the user has selected.

Consultancy for the Türkiye Visa

Citizens of eligible countries use the Türkiye visa for short-term travel for tourism or business. Without using any private consultancy service, applicants are free to submit their applications themselves, directly via the official portal of the Republic of Türkiye.

Mark Turizm’s visa consultancy is a paid, optional service that is provided when the applicant asks for it. Its purpose is to help with preparing the application information, examining whether the information is consistent with the passport and the travel plan, checking in advance the photo to be uploaded with the application and, where required, the supporting documents, lowering the chance of missing or incorrect information, keeping track of the payment and delivery steps and offering travel planning support in line with the consultancy package chosen.

At first sight the visa process can look straightforward, but the eligibility conditions differ between countries. Certain applicants are unable to obtain a visa, others can apply only with particular types of passport, and others again have to satisfy additional conditions before they can go ahead. Nationality on its own is therefore not sufficient before an application is started; the passport type, the purpose of travel, the entry date and the status of the supporting documents should all be assessed together.

Key points to bear in mind when applying for a Türkiye visa:

  • Purpose of the trip: The visa can be used for trips made for tourism or business. Work, education, long-term residence, family reunification, medical treatment or similar purposes may call for different visa procedures.
  • Nationality and type of passport: Whether an applicant is eligible for a visa depends on their nationality and the type of travel document they hold. The outcome may differ for ordinary, diplomatic, service or special passports.
  • One application per traveler: Each traveler must obtain their own visa. Babies and children are assessed individually, even where they are registered in a parent’s passport.
  • Validity of the passport: Foreign nationals entering Türkiye are required to hold a passport or travel document that remains valid for a minimum of 60 days after the visa, visa exemption or residence permit period expires. The application screen may also display further conditions specific to a country.
  • Consistency of details: The first name, surname, date of birth, passport number, nationality and travel document details shown on the visa must be the same as those in the passport. A spelling difference, however small, can lead to problems while traveling.
  • No changes after issue: After a visa has been issued, its information cannot be altered. Where an application was made with incorrect information, a new application may be necessary, and the earlier payment may not be refundable.
  • Validity versus permitted stay: The span of dates over which the visa is valid differs from the number of days a person may stay in Türkiye. Both details must be checked together by the applicant.
  • Date of entry: An applicant who wants to enter Türkiye earlier than the start date shown on the visa may need to apply again.
  • Email confirmation and payment: The steps for email confirmation, payment and completing the application have to be finished within the stated time limits. If a transaction times out, a new application may be needed.
  • Having the document with you: Although the visa may be checked electronically at the border, keeping a digital or printed copy of it with you while traveling is advisable in case a system problem occurs.

Citizens of some countries may also have to meet additional conditions. Such conditions may cover a return or onward ticket, details of accommodation, adequate financial means, traveling with particular airlines, entering by air only, age requirements, or a valid visa or residence permit issued by a Schengen country, the United States, the United Kingdom or Ireland. Since these conditions differ from person to person, the basis should be the current conditions displayed on the applicant’s own screen.

Where an application calls for a supporting document, the visa or residence permit concerned has to be valid on the day of entry into Türkiye. A visa that another country has issued online may not be accepted as a supporting document. Before traveling, therefore, check carefully the type of the supporting document, its validity date and whether it meets the conditions on the application screen.

Setting off with a visa that is incorrect or invalid may lead to serious inconvenience. The applicant might not be allowed to board, might lose the money spent on flight tickets and accommodation, or might be refused entry at the border on arriving in Türkiye. Visa consultancy helps to lower these risks, but it guarantees neither visa approval, nor a result within a particular time, nor entry into Türkiye.

Services We Provide

Mark Turizm organizes its services around what the applicant needs. We avoid unnecessary promises; what we want is an application process that is easier to understand, under better control and simpler to follow.

  • Application forms in several languages: Our forms and explanations are clear, so that users from various countries can enter their application information with greater ease.
  • Review of eligibility and category: Based on nationality, passport type, the purpose of travel and the conditions displayed on the application screen, we help users move on to the right type of transaction.
  • Checking that details are consistent: We look for obvious errors or inconsistencies between the personal information, passport details, travel dates and document information.
  • Reviewing documents: We check whether the supporting documents, hotel reservations, return tickets, invitations, medical or education documents and similar documents that the type of application may require are compatible.
  • Alerts about missing information: If information is missing, illegible, inconsistent or in need of clarification, we let the applicant know.
  • A secure payment stage: Before payment, we make sure that items like the visa fee, the payment processing cost, tax and any consultancy service fee are displayed.
  • Following the application: We assist in keeping track of the stage the application has reached, whether further information is needed and when notification of the result arrives.
  • Help with planning the trip: According to the consultancy package selected, we may supply notes for checking and a travel plan so that the applicant can prepare for the Türkiye trip in a more organized manner.

Our Service, Step by Step

  • Preliminary application: Using the pre-application or application form on our website, the applicant provides basic information.
  • First review: We examine the information submitted with regard to the purpose of travel, nationality, passport type and the type of transaction chosen.
  • Detailed form or documents: The applicant may, if necessary, be asked for further information, documents or explanations.
  • Choosing the scope of service: Depending on the type of transaction, the applicant chooses the suitable consultancy package or the relevant application flow.
  • Fees shown in advance: Before paying, the user sees the visa fee, the payment processing cost, tax and any consultancy fee.
  • Secure payment: Payments go through a secure payment infrastructure and checks designed to prevent fraud.
  • Review by a specialist: The application information is checked, and the applicant is told if an obvious error, gap or inconsistency is found.
  • Completing the application steps: In line with the service scope selected, the necessary transaction steps are carried out, changes in status are monitored and the applicant receives the notifications required.
  • Outcome and delivery: Once the competent authorities approve the application, the applicant is sent the relevant document or information on the result. If the application is refused, placed under additional review or kept waiting, the applicant is given information about the process.

How We Approach Pricing and Refunds

Prices may differ according to the type of application and the service scope chosen. The visa fee, payment processing cost, tax, any consultancy service fee and similar items are displayed to the user ahead of payment. One of our core principles of transparency is that the applicant is able to see which items they are paying for.

Visa consultancy is a private service covering both preparation of the application and support with the process. What this service covers is assessed on the basis of the package the user has chosen and how far the application has progressed. Decisions on refund requests are made taking into account the status of the application, whether the service has begun, whether a visa fee has been paid, the payment processing costs and the applicable provisions of the Service Agreement.

Boundaries of Responsibility

It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that the information used during the application process is correct, complete and current. The outcome of the application may be affected by incorrect passport details, a wrong travel date, an unsuitable purpose of travel, missing documents, an invalid supporting document or not meeting the conditions specific to a country.

Visa approval, an outcome within a particular period and entry into Türkiye are not guaranteed for any application. The approval of a visa does not, on its own, mean that the right to enter at the border can certainly be exercised. Whether a person may enter Türkiye is decided in line with the applicable legislation and the assessment made at the border crossing.

Responsibility for flights, accommodation, business meetings, medical appointments, the start dates of education, invitation programs and similar planning connected with the trip rests with the applicant. The status of the visa, the validity of the passport, the conditions for supporting documents and the entry requirements should be checked before traveling.

Protecting Your Data and Privacy

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, together with the relevant privacy policy, forms the framework within which personal data, passport or identity details, travel details, contact details, limited payment transaction information and supporting documents shared in the course of the application process are processed.

Such data may be used to perform the application service, to communicate with the user, to carry out payment and security checks, to deliver the outcome of the application, to meet legal obligations and to raise the quality of the service.

Why Choose Mark Turizm?

We have specialized in visa and online application processes since 2017. In this area, we care not only about forms being filled in but also about passport information, the purpose of travel, dates, supporting documents and the payment and delivery steps progressing consistently.

Application problems frequently stem from small inconsistencies rather than from serious mistakes. A passport number typed wrongly, a supporting document that is missing, the wrong purpose of travel being selected or a validity period that has been misunderstood may have a direct effect on travel. That is why we go through application information with care and let the applicant know whenever we spot an obvious error or gap.

Approval is not something we promise, and entry is not something we guarantee. What we concentrate on instead is preparing the application with greater accuracy, following the process in a more organized way and making sure that the applicant can see the information they need in good time.

We are grateful that you have chosen us.
